Prosperr.io is an AI-powered financial operating system that starts with the most universal pain point. Filing taxes. Not for CFOs in towers, but for regular salaried employees who just want to do the right thing and not lose money on missed deductions.
The product is simple in the best way. A mobile app that guides you through tax declarations, optimises deductions automatically, and plugs into payroll providers so it does not live in a spreadsheet universe. For enterprises, it becomes a plug-and-play layer for compliance plus employee financial wellness, which is a much easier budget conversation than “let’s buy another app”.
This is a Bengaluru company led by CEO Manas Gond. In January, they raised a US$4 million seed round led by Jungle Ventures, taking total funding to US$5.55 million. They are already talking about expanding into wealth management, which makes sense if you start from taxes and earn trust first.
What I like is the early traction signals. Prosperr.io says revenue grew 5x since launch. Individual users show 80% retention, and enterprise clients at 100%. If those numbers hold, it usually means one thing. You are not selling a “nice to have”. You are removing anxiety.
The business model is also clean. Subscriptions. No magic. And the moat is not just we have AI. The moat is data, workflow, and being inside payroll. Taxes are repetitive, deadline-driven, and full of edge cases. If AI can be the mediator that translates regulator language into human language, it can make the whole system feel less hostile.
Personally, I would love to see taxes become a product experience instead of a yearly panic, and Prosperr.io is pointing in the right direction.
