Paraglide streamlines cash flow with AI-powered invoice management
Paraglide revolutionizes cash flow operations with AI agents that manage invoicing and payment negotiations, helping businesses recover working capital faster. Discover why it's the FinTech of My Choice pick, promising predictability and control.
I have been on both sides of the friendly reminder email, and it always feels like a waste of founder time.
Fintech of my choice: Paraglide
One of my least favorite fintech problems is also one of the most expensive. Someone owes you money, you know they owe you money, and the only tool you use is “remind them again”. The bigger the customer, the bigger the invoice, and somehow the slower the payment. And then you miss the perfect day to follow up because you are busy shipping product.
Paraglide is built exactly for that gap. It is cash flow operations, but with AI agents doing the repetitive work: chasing invoices, running two-way billing communication, and negotiating payment plans when a customer cannot pay on time.
The company was founded by Rasmus Areskoug, a former CFO. That detail matters. If you have ever sat with a CFO looking at a cash forecast, you know it is not about “automation”. It is about control, predictability, and not getting surprised on payroll week.
They raised a $5 million seed round co-led by Bessemer Venture Partners and DN Capital, and they already have real customers like Choco, Ardoq, and Spiideo. The number that caught my eye: these teams cut days sales outstanding by 34%. If that holds at scale, it is not a nice-to-have. It is working capital back on the balance sheet.
I also like that they are integrating with tools people already use, like Chargebee. Collections is not a standalone workflow. It sits between billing, CRM, customer success, and finance. The product that wins is the one that shows up inside the daily tools, not the one that asks for yet another dashboard.
Now, the honest question from a founder who has chased invoices himself. An AI agent can be better than I am at sending reminders on time. But will it actually move the money? Some debtors pay late because they are disorganized. Others pay late because they can. The “agent” only works if it earns real authority, with the right tone, escalation, and clean handoff to a human when it gets sensitive.
Paraglide says it wants to become a CFO’s co-pilot and expand across Europe. That direction makes sense. In the next few years, we will see more AI moving from analytics into operations. Not tell me my DSO. Actually, change my DSO.

If I ran a B2B SaaS team today, I would test Paraglide on a small slice of overdue invoices first, just to see if it can recover cash without damaging relationships.
What is your biggest blocker in getting invoices paid faster: missing follow-ups, unclear disputes, or customers who simply take their time because they can?
