Nullify

Nullify is our Fintech of the week, offering an AI-driven solution that autonomously identifies and fixes software vulnerabilities, saving companies time and resources by reducing manual security tasks and enhancing compliance.

Nullify

A friend at a large company told me their AI agent already reviews code against internal guidelines, writes auto-tests, and quietly removes a lot of boring manual work.

Fintech of the week: Nullify

When I heard that story, I had one immediate thought. If AI can be a strict code reviewer, why can’t it be a strict security reviewer too, the kind that never gets tired and never skips a checklist item at 2 a.m.

That is exactly what Nullify is building. An autonomous AI workforce that hunts for software vulnerabilities, triages them, generates exploits to prove they are real, and then produces merge-ready fixes for engineers to approve.

This is the part I like. It is not another alert machine. It is a system that pushes you from “we might have an issue” to “here is a fix you can merge” with fewer handoffs.

Nullify raised a $12.5m seed round led by SYN Ventures, with participation from Black Nova VC. Early adopters report saving 48,000+ engineering hours, resolving 450+ vulnerabilities, and reaching a 90% merge-ready rate on proposed fixes.

The positioning is clean. AI security engineers running 24/7, replacing four or more separate tools. Fewer dashboards. Fewer false positives bouncing around Slack. A shorter path from finding a problem to shipping the patch.

From a fintech founder angle, this lands because AppSec looks a lot like compliance. It is mandatory, under-resourced, and it gets expensive when you do it late. In payments, investing, lending, and anything regulated, a vulnerability is not just a bug. It is downtime, reputation damage, and sometimes regulators on the phone.

FinBox Solutions highlights one fintech every day. At the end of the week, the startup with the most votes becomes “Fintech of the week” and shows up here on my profile.
